Any reports coming in after the report due date (10th of the following month) will be subject to holding to these standards. I.e. April reporting period, is due by the 10th of May
If it is not correct, the Commandants and Academic Coordinators will not accept the report and will ask you to re-file. If you re-file after the 10th it will be considered late and if it is re-filed after the Dean reports (15th) it will be considered failure to report.
Also it should be noted the Academic Coordinators, Deans, and Commandants are not to remind you and accept the report.
