Within Starfleet Academy, the Flag Officer School provides an environment for the Starfleet membership to exercise and increase their knowledge of the organization that we know as Starfleet.

The concept of the Flag Officer School is to focus on expanding the student's awareness and understanding of how Starfleet is configured, the fundamentals of leadership and what it means to command. The school is a continuation of Officer's Training School and Officer's Command College. The Flag Officer School is open to any member in good standing, of Starfleet: The International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc. Proof of completion of OTS and OCC are required before this school can be taken.
