Course Tuition: LEVEL I CURRICULUM: All Level I courses consist of 20 multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, and/or short-answer questions. COH-101 - Ancient Earth History COH-102 - Old Earth History COH-103 - History of Terran Exploration COH-104 - Earth´s Industrial Revolution COH-105 - The Roman Empire COH-106 - World War I COH-107 - Napoleon Bonaparte COH-108[PENDING] - History of STARFLEET: The International Star Trek Fan Association COH-109[PENDING] - Joseph Stalin COH-110[PENDING] - Abraham Lincoln COH-111[PENDING] - United Federation of Planets History COH-112[PENDING] - James T. Kirk COH-113 - Vulcan History COH-114[PENDING] - Surak of Vulcan COH-115 - World War II: Pearl Harbor LEVEL II CURRICULUM: All Level II courses consist of 10 short answer/essay questions. COH-201[PENDING] - Earth´s Industrial Revolution COH-202[PENDING] - History of Terran Exploration COH-203[PENDING] - The Roman Empire COH-204[PENDING] - World War I COH-205[PENDING] - Abraham Lincoln COH-206[PENDING] - Joseph Stalin COH-207[PENDING] - Napoleon Bonaparte COH-208[PENDING] - Surak of Vulcan COH-209[PENDING] - Sarek of Vulcan COH-210[PENDING] - Spock of Vulcan COH-211[PENDING] - James T. Kirk LEVEL III CURRICULUM: Level III exams require a one-thousand (1000) word [minimum] essay, excluding bibliography, on the chosen topic. The director of the College of History must approve each course topic. Grading is purely subjective and appeals of the grade are allowed to allow the student to explain their reasoning. All papers become the property of the College of History and may, with the student´s approval, be submitted to the STARFLEET Communiqué for publication. A collection of the outstanding papers may be made available for other students to use for research and idea generation. COH-301 - Alternate History SOURCE MATERIALS NEEDED: Any good Electronic or Hard Copy Encyclopedia, The Star Trek Encyclopedia, The Star Trek Chronology, and various episodes of Star Trek, Star Trek - Next Generation, Star Trek - Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek - Voyager. |
